A CHEF IN THE MAKING ?

Hi folks i'm currently studying culinary arts at Waterford institute of technology , i shall be learning classic techniques  and modern methods all in hope that i can achieve a lifetime's ambition of  , becoming a chef !!! i shall use all means available to me to achieve my ambition , though a total novice i hope i can share all my experiences and  opinions  along the way  and look forward to sharing all our culinary stories ! happy cooking !!!
