was my first attempt , fairly reasonable effort i thought  . more to the point i scoffed it !!!

The food safety authority ireland a very informative organisation  , all the legislations , news feeds, publications you need to help you stay in touch with the food industry and its regulation.

tuesday 17 sept, foraging! some of our pickings were apples , wild mushrooms , some wild herbs . this was the first time i had been  very interesting and it has spurned me on to start sourcing fresh on the doorstep ingredients . (definitely the way ahead)
